Beidh seachtain staidéir againn i GCM ón Luan seo 4ú Samhain ar aghaidh chun tacú le gach scoláire agus iad ag obair i dtreo spriocanna éagsúla an téarma seo.
We will be holding a 'study focus week' in GCM for the next week November 4th-8th to help students prepare for terminal tests in a few weeks. Bliain 1/2/5 will have Scrúduithe an Gheimhridh (Winter assessments) for the week November 25th-29th. Bliain 3 and Bliain 6 will obviously benefit from this focus also as they work towards mock examinations in January and ultimately state examinations at the end of the year.
Teachers will be working in class to share study methods with students and explaining the various ways that students can study and revise for each subject. Every individual learns in their own way and that is why teachers will be going through various study methods in the next few weeks. Please ask your son/daughter to share these discussions with you and encourage them to put the theory into practice in the coming weeks.
